High-speedMulti-Layers Co-extrusion Lamination Machinery Model LFM1300 It isspecially designed for liquid packing paper. It uses extruded PE or PPand EVA as the raw material, laminating film on the paper with Al foilafter extruding or co-extruding, which fit for produce liquid packingpaper.

The operation control system of themachine uses automatic microcomputer control, equipped with OMRONNT631C 11-inch colorful touch screen, integrated with the human-machineinterface developed by us, to achieve most operation and control forthe machine. The software can provide the functions such as on-linehelp, production record and on-line inspection, which is convenient foroperators and technicians to control and maintain the machine, so as toimprove production efficiency greatly. Extruder adopts automatictemperature control, pneumatic feeding, non-step speed adjusting andcolumn quick change screen. Unwinding adopts dual station automaticturret unwinding frame, automatic splicing and Mitsubishi (Japan)tension controller. The unit adopts tension sensor adjusting forsubstrate tension. The unit equipped with corona for treating forsubstrate before laminating. Cooling roll employs forced water coolingstructure to carry out laminating by silicon roller and pressureroller; Dual-station turret winding device is equipped with mechanismsfor length measurement of products, device for adjustment cut edge andblow waste edge.  Machines every section equipped with inverteradjuster, the each of speed can be single adjust and operatingsynchronously.
